Øya, Way Out West, and Flow are three overlapping festivals that take place each August in Norway, Sweden, and Finland, respectively. While the three differ greatly in experience, their lineups are often similar as artists try to hit the Scandinavian Trifecta, moving between each country in the same weekend.

Scroll down for updates from all three fests.

Way Out West

The National, Janelle Monae, and Neutral Milk Hotel are among the first names announced for Way Out West.

The festival, which will take place August 7-9, has also added Blood Orange, Jenny Wilson, Joey Bada$$, and Deafhaevan to its 2014 edition.

Only these 7 names have been announced thus far, though we're looking at Øya to make a few guesses.

For 2014, Øya will take place August 5-9 in the same city of Oslo, Norway, but in a different site. Tøyenparken, the new location, is a mere 15 minute walk from the old site of Medieval Park and is located on the east side of the city center.

The festival has made the biggest lineup progress of the three, beginning its announcement process back in November. So far, the lineup includes Queens of the Stone Age, Royksopp & Robyn, The National, Blood Orange,, King Midas, Janelle Monae, Neutral Milk Hotel, Jonathan Wilson, Hanne Kolstø, Spidergawd, Joey Bada$$, Deafheaven, Omar Souleyman, Nadine Shah, Emile Nicolas, Darkside, Slowdive, and Daniel Kvammen.

Tickets to Øya are on sale now and weekend passes are already over 60% gone.

Last but not least (except in news quantity), Flow. Helsinki, Finland's section of the trifecta has yet to drop any artist names or even ticket information. Their site, however, promises the first lineup announcement and ticket sale is "almost here," and they have a video to prove it.
