Coachella artists will again play a slew of official Goldenvoice sideshows before, between, and during the festival's two weekends from April 8-18. Shows will largely take place in Los Angeles, though a number of acts will also make stops in Pomona and Pioneertown, located near Joshua Tree National Park.
Notable sideshows include Caribou at Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneertown, FKA Twigs at LA's The Ace Hotel on April 14, Chet Faker at Club Nokia on April 15 in LA, Belle & Sebastian with Mac Demarco at The Fox Theater, and Interpol at The Shrine Expo Hall both in LA and both on April 16. Other participating Coachella artists include Ride, Ratatat, Brand New, Desaparecidos, Tame Impala, Kimbra, Glass Animals, Panda Bear, Vance Joy, Jamie xx, Stromae, and The War on Drugs, to name a few.
The sideshows are the perfect opportunity for non-Coachella-ticketholders to see the festival's artists as well as for Coachellagoers to see those artists that they had to miss at the festival due to scheduling conflicts or selfie opportunities with onsite art installations.
Tickets to the sideshows go on sale January 29, February 5, and February 12, depending on the show itself. See the color-coordinated diagram below for when tickets become available for your show of choice then head to Goldenvoice
or each venue's individual websites to purchase.
