Chicago, Illinois -- Lollapalooza has released the mobile app and map for their 2013 installment, taking place in Chicago's Grant Park August 2-4.
The mobile app is now available for iPhone and Android, and includes info about your favorite bands as well as a customizable schedule. Make sure to opt-in for Push Notifications for the festival, so you'll be the first to know about important festival updates and emergency notifications.
Lolla has also released their festival map, so be sure to consult it even if you are a seasoned Lollagoer, as organizers have shifted things around this year. You can also use the map to take a (virtual) stroll through Green Street, the festival's art market. Stop by Green Street for vintage threads, jewelry, and posters, or do some good at Lolla Cares, where you can speak with representatives from Rock the Vote, Oxfam, Love Hope Strength, HeadCount, and more.
Although VIP and General Admission tickets to Lolla are now SOLD OUT, Platinum tickets are still available for an undisclosed price. Platinum tickets will include access to the air-conditioned, Platinum only hospitality area, complimentary bar and catered meals, access to the artist lounge areas, access to platinum viewing areas, golf cart transportation, air-conditioned restrooms, on-site concierge services, exclusive gift bag, and priority purchasing for Lollapalooza 2014.
If you're headed to Grant Park this August, be sure to peruse our Lollapalooza 2013 Travel Guide for our recommendations on where to eat, sleep, shop, party, and explore convenient to the festival site.
