ACL Reveals Schedule Through 2014 Mobile App
UPDATE: The full schedule is now available on the ACL website.
Austin, Texas -- Austin City Limits Music Festival has released the schedule for its 2014 edition through its mobile app. When a lineup is stacked this heavily, you can expect some serious scheduling conflicts.
On Friday for both weekends, festivalgoers will have too choose between headliners Outkast and Beck as both go on at 8:15pm. You'll have less of a tough decision between St. Vincent and Sam Smith as well as Childish Gambino and Foster the People, whose sets also conflict.
Saturday is a bit tougher. Weekend one conflicts include Interpol and tUnE-yArDs as well as Broken Bells and Major Lazer, while tUnE-yArDs gets bumped up weekend two to overlap with Poliça. Both weekends also see Icona Pop, Iggy Azalea, and Lucius sharing set times.
The Sunday schedule gets a bit funkier due to Lorde only performing the second weekend. The first weekend sees Jenny Lewis, Real Estate, and Phantogram overlapping, while the second weekend has Lorde bumping Chromeo into the Jenny Lewis/Phantogram time slot and Real Estate playing earlier to overlap with Cults. Spoon and The Replacements share set times for both weekends.
The schedule is currently only visible through the mobile app available on iPhone and Android, but will be posted on the festival website in due time for the smartphone-less.
Austin City Limits will take place October 3-5 and 10-12. While three-day general admission passes are sold out, single-day tickets for Friday and Sunday of both weekends are still available for $90 each.
