Sziget Festival 2014 by Szemerey Bence for the festival

Óbudai Island, Hungary -- Sziget Festival has begun to reveal its 2015 lineup, with Florence + The Machine, Alt-J, Jamie Woon, and Blasterjaxx among the artists already confirmed for the August 10-17 festival.

Since Sziget hosts more than 50 venues over the course of 7 days, the complete list of programs and lineup take a while to take their complete form, but, as one of Europe's most beloved music festivals, the lengthy lineup never disappoints. Fauve, José Gonzalez, The Subways, Babylon Circus, Kadebostany, AWOLNATION are also among the first names for the festival.

Typical music genres of large-scale festivals are surpassed at Sziget as electronic, folk, pop, rock, metal, and alternative acts are paired with classical and authentic Roma artists. However, the program of Sziget, also known as the Island of Freedom, features much more than just music. Szitizens (see what they did there?) can experience theatre, circus, and exhibitions as well as a beach section along the Danube. Scroll down to watch the 2014 official aftermovie for a more in-depth look of what you can expect at the festival.

Early Bird Passes are on sale now through December 31, after which prices will be raised. This Holiday season you can also make a wish to Sziget and view others' wishes to make your dreams come true at the festival itself next year.
