Puerto Peñasco, Mexico -- This might be one to pass along to mom and dad: the destination festival Boomer Fest Days has announced the lineup for its inaugural 2014 edition. Styx, John Kay & Steppenwolf, and Dave Mason's Traffic Jam lead the initial roster.

They'll be joined by The Edgar Winter Band, Jefferson Starship, Christopher Cross, and Canned Heat as well as Big Brother & The Holding Company, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers, and Country Joe McDonald. Scroll down for the full round lineup.

With the tagline "Old Enough for Woodstock, Young Enough for Boomer Fest Days" and features like an on-site golf exhibition and tents modeled after old-school VW minibuses, this camping festival is shaping up to be a low-key Bonnaroo for your parents - except trade in The Farm for the beach.

Boomer Fest Days will take place October 8-12 at Rocky Point in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. Passes are currently available for $300 individually or $250 in a four-ticket deal.

Full Lineup So Far: Styx, John Kay & Steppenwolf, Dave Mason's Traffic Jam, The Edgar Winter Band, Jefferson Starship, Christopher Cross, Canned Heat, Big Brother & The Holding Company, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers, Country Joe McDonald, Javier Batiz, Steve McCarty
