Boston, Massachusetts -- As one of the first lineups to be announced sans Outkast, Boston Calling still managed to obtain that nostalgic appeal.

Death Cab For Cutie, Modest Mouse, and Jack Johnson top the lineup, with a fourth headliner yet-to-be-revealed. My high school self's dream lineup also includes Brand New, Jenny Lewis, and Built to Spill.

The more recent side of the lineup features Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, The Head and the Heart, Tegan and Sara, and Bastille. Scroll down for the 22 acts announced so far and the official announcement video.

Newly expanded to a four day format, Boston Calling's May edition will take place May 23-25 in Boston's City Hall Plaza. Presale GA and VIP 3-Day tickets will be available starting tomorrow, January 29 at 10am EST.

Stay tuned for our updated guide to Boston Calling 2014 and, in the meantime, check out our guide to the festival's Fall 2013 edition.
