posted by Laura Baker-Finch on July 15, 2014

Birmingham, Alabama -- Secret Stages Music Festival is back for the fourth time with a lineup full of artists you've probably never heard of, but that's exactly the point. The August 1-2 Birmingham festival is all about music discovery, primarily that of Southeastern musical talent.

The pub-crawl style festival will feature over 60 bands across 7 stages. Announced acts include Athens' indie rock/dream pop band Brothers and up-and-coming Alabama hip-hop group The Green Seed. They'll be joined by Nashville's Willie and the Giant, Promised Land Sound, Pujol, Keeps, and Adia Victoria as well as Birmingham's own Armand Margjeka, Feral Child, Future Elevators, Glories, KYLE, Path Working, and Skoolie Escobar, just to name a few. Scroll down for the full lineup.

The Master Schedule is now available for Secret Stages so you can start planning your weekend. While you plan, press play on the Secret Stages sampled available via Bandcamp.

Tickets are on sale now or can be purchased during the festival. A $75 VIP Pass will get you access to all events and performances, access to Secret Stages VIP Lounge (with secret performances),  complimentary catering, beer, wine, and spirits. For $25 in advance, you get a Weekend Pass for access to all Secret Stages events and performances. Day passes and venue passes will be available at the festival. Note that the outdoor stage and one indoor stage are all ages, but the other  venues are 21+.
