Get Ready to Groove at Bestival's New Reggae Roots Stage

Isle of Wight, United Kingdom -- Bestival has announced the addition of a new stage to the 2014 festival. The Reggae Roots stage will host performers like Toddla T, Dub Phizix, Congo Natty, and Jah Shaka, amongst many other artists from all corners of the reggae genre, from ska, to ragga, to dub, to dancehall. Scroll down to see each day's full lineup.

DJ and Bestival organizer Rob Da Bank said in a press release the stage will "look like a backyard Jamaican dance," with artists in residency on the stage in addition to scheduled shows. Bestival regulars Reggae Roast, Tayo, jim8track, and Reggaerobics will be residents throughout the festival, keeping up an irie spirit all weekend.

The stage announcement closely follows another Bestival announcement from earlier this week: the Red Bull Music Academy Stage lineup.  But despite the excitement of lineup announcements, you've still got plenty of time before the main event; the festival will take place this year on September 4-7 at its usual location, Robin Hill Country Park.

Tickets and camping passes are already on sale, with discounted rates for students, teens, and children.
