JanSport Bonfire Sessions Announces Montreal Edition

posted by Maressa Levy on July 09, 2013

Montréal, Canada -- The fourth annual JanSport Bonfire Sessions has announced the date and lineup for their Montréal installment.

Taking place July 14 at 5pm in an undisclosed location, the Montréal edition of the fest will feature performances from Half Moon Run, Young Galaxy, and Young Rival. In addition to music, Bonfire Sessions will also offer food and complimentary beverages, and attendees may also receive JanSport backpacks and limited edition silk-screened Montreal Bonfire Sessions concert posters.

While entry is free, the event is open only to those 21+, and you'll need to RSVP. Once you've RSVP'ed, you'll receive an email confirmation with instructions on where to catch the bus to take you to the fest's secret location. RSVP does not guarantee entry, so be sure to show up early!

Bonfire Sessions will also be making stops in Seattle in August as well as New York City in September, although exact dates, locations, and lineups have not been posted. If you can't make any of the Sessions, live performances from each edition will be filmed for a documentary series on, VICE's music channel.
