Berlin, Germany -- Berlin Music Week, the music festival and conference preceding Berlin Festival, revealed panel programming for its 2014 edition.

The three-day event will feature a "Fireside Chat" with VP of Growth and Insight for SoundCloud, Thom Cummings, and VP of Product for Shutterstock, Wyatt Jenkins. The two industry insiders - whose companies both have offices in New York and Berlin - will tackle topics concerning the challenges and developments in the tech startup field.

We'll also see a discussion on the issue currently at the forefront of the music industry: streaming. Panel-members include Peter Tonstad, CCO of WiMP; Francine Gorman from Nordic Playlist; Holger Weiss, CEO of content streaming platform AUPEO!; and Rainer Henze, audio expert of Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW).

Berlin Music Week will also hold a Music Startup Corner featuring a panel of industry heads from tech centers around the globe including Cilli Cegla of Novawind and hub:raum Tel Aviv, Anna Acquistapace of Zoo Labs, and Andrea Leonelli of Digital Music Trends

The conference will take place September 3-5, and the dates, times, and locations for panels will be announced soon. These events are open to registered delegates and accredited journalists for Berlin Music Week, and registration starts at €149.00 with special discounts offered for students as well as creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, and companies based in Berlin.
