Pearl Jam, Arcade Fire, and Blur to Headline Australia's Big Day Out Series

Australia's touring festival series Big Day Out has released their first lineup announcement, including Pearl Jam, Arcade Fire, and Blur.

Joining these three headliners will be Snoop Dogg (aka Snoop Lion), Major Lazer, Steve Angell, Flume, The Lumineers, Tame Impala, and more. Scroll down for the full lineup so far and to watch the announcement video

Big Day Out will kick off in Auckland, New Zealand, on January 17 before heading to Australia for stops on the Gold Coast (January 19), Melbourne (January 24), Sydney (January 26 + 27), Adelaide (January 31), and Perth (February 2). For the most part, the lineup remains the same between all 6 stops, but more information on slight differences will be released as more artists are announced.

Pre-sales have already sold out, but general admission tickets will officially go on sale 9am August 7 for the Gold Coast, 9am August 8 for both Sydney shows, and 9am August 9 for Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. Tickets tend to sell out quickly, so make sure to do the time difference math before the day of.

The Man, Toro y Moi, DIIV, The Naked and Famous , Big Gigantic, PEZ, Mudhoney, Cosmic Psychos, Northlane, The 1975, Loon Lake, Kingswood, Bo Ningen, The Algorithm, DZ Deathrays, Peking Duk, Ben Morris, Rufus, and more to be announced.
