posted by Laura Baker-Finch on December 17, 2014

A lot has happened since we last checked in with Australia's touring Soundwave Festival. Most recently, The Smashing Pumpkins and Steel Panther were added to the lineup as part of the festival's third artist announcement along with Millencolin, Falling in Reverse, Exodus, The Vandals, King Parrot, Rival Sons, and Raglans.

A few days prior, Soundwave dropped its second artist announcement that featured Bayside, The Devil Wears Prada, Fucked Up, The Wonder Years, Twin Atlantic, Sleepwave, One Ok Rock, Nonpoint, Lower Than Atlantis, Le Butcherettes, Killer Be Killed, He Is Legend, Dragonforce, Animals As Leaders, and Evergreen Terrace

These recent additions will join headliners Faith No More, Soundgarden, and Slipknot in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane between February 21-March 1. The Adelaide and Melbourne editions will overlap with artists switching days during the festival's two-day stop in each location. The same will happen in Sydney and Brisbane the following weekend.

Tickets are sold as 1-day or 2-day passes for each individual location and range between $132 and $188 AUD plus booking fees.
