Arrington, Virginia -- Lockn' Music Festival announced today that Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Wilco, Phil Lesh & Friends, and Bob Weir & Ratdog would headline its 2014 incarnation in addition to a collaboration between Widespread Panic and Steve Winwood

They'll join previously announced acts such as The String Cheese Incident, Willie Nelson, Umphrey's McGee, Drive-By Truckers, and Grace Potter & the Nocturnals. Scroll down for the full lineup.

Lockn' had a successful inaugural festival in 2013 with Furthur, Gov't Mule, and The String Cheese Incident headlining. The promoters chose to focus on "world class music, locally sourced food and sustainability." Its name refers to the interlocking of sets that take place during the four-day event—as its two stages feature staggered set times in order to constantly have music playing from the beginning to the end of the day's schedule - as well as the varied collaborations that generally take place at the festival. Last year saw Trey Anastasio perform with Furthur and Grace Potter join Gov't Mule. If Lockn' stays on this pace, it will establish itself as one of the go-to jam-band festivals of the season among All Good, Summer Camp, High Sierra, and Mountain Jam.

The festival will take place September 4-7 in Arrington, Virginia, and tickets are currently on-sale with General Admission passes starting at $249 and Student passes at $180.

Full Lineup: Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Phil Lesh & Friends, Bob Weir & Ratdog, Willie Nelson, Wilco, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Steve Winwood, The Allman Brothers Band, The String Cheese Incident, The Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Gary Clark Jr., Drive-By Truckers, Umphrey's McGee, Widespread Panic, Widespread Panic with Steve Winwood, Hot Tuna Acoustic, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Del McCoury Band, The Wood Brothers, The Revivalists, No BS Brass Band, Larry Keel & Sam Bush, Grateful Grass, Bustle In Your Hedgerow, Rockn' To Lockn'
