Ultra 2015

While South Beach is a lauded nightlife destination, Downtown Miami is home to a wide array of clubs and late night venues that are also worth checking out. Many of Ultra's official after parties are also held in Downtown Miami, so save the cab fare and check out these clubs located in the same district as the festival.

  • The Electric Pickle Company

The Electric Pickle Company describes itself as, "an intimate, liquor fueled love machine," and they may have hit the mark. This two-story venue, open until 5am Wednesday through Saturday, hosts a variety of live shows, from music to comedy. Located in the Wynwood Arts District, it's the perfect place to catch a show and try unique cocktails like the Bacon Bourbon Old Fashioned or the Frisky Bison.

  • Grand Central

Grand Central is an eclectic venue, featuring live performances interspersed between weekly theme nights. The most popular is Friday's "Peach Fuzz," featuring R&B and old school hip-hop tunes and complimentary drink hours throughout the night.

  • Ice Palace

This gigantic venue is used for event-gatherings, film productions, and photography shoots when not turned into an after-hours hotspot. It is home to electronic events such as Above & Beyond, Kyau & Albert, and TranceFamilySF. Large dance areas, multiple stages and platforms, outdoor areas for when you need a break from the madness, and, for once, a venue equipped with enough bathrooms.

  • The Vagabond

Located in Miami's Omni district, The Vagabond is a "jack of all trades" venue, featuring a wide variety of lesser known acts. They also host weekly parties, such as (((Shake))), a hip-hop themed soiree taking place every Thursday, featuring a Super Nintendo set and a Colt 45 chugging contest with prizes from local artists.
